Today was one of those days that I want to tuck into the depths of my heart to remember it for a lifetime. It was filled with friends, smiles, laughs, hugs, kisses, pictures and so much more. From beginning to end I got to show my son how much his mommy loves and cares for him. It was so much mommy time for Little Guy that when he came home, he didn't want his Grandma or daddy and just held onto my leg.

What was so special about today? Well, Augustin's official birthday is on the 10th. We will be flying in late that evening from our trip to California. Since I'm going to miss is official birthday I decided to spend all of 12 hours with him now instead. Then we'll have another little party on my official birthday the 11th and we'll celebrate the both of us again.

So we headed to the Pacific Science Center with a big group of friends and their Little Ones.
We started off in the Dinosaur area first. Augustin didn't care of the dinosaur's, but he sure did love sitting in one of their tracks. Actually that's all he did in that exhibit.

All the Littles really liked sitting in those tracks. I personally didn't figure out what was so cool about it other then seeing how tiny they all are compared to a dino foot. I'd also like to add how happy I am that they no longer exist because I'd be so terrified of them and would never ever leave my house!

By far, one of Little Guy's favorite exhibits was the Toddler section in the water area. He, like all the other kids, just loved having his hands in the water. The toughest part for me was making sure that the water stayed in the pool and not in his mouth. I'm glad I wasn't the only mom with that problem.

There were so many fun toys to play with and slides to go down. My brave little boy conquered them all age appropriate of not. He went down a bigger kid slide all by himself and even managed to climb it without any help from me! Augustin conquered slides while mommy battled crappy lighting, he won and I lost.

We road caterpillars, helicopters, cars, to music rooms. All over we went. We went from 10 am to 3pm with a nap and two bottles in between. All around we went. I guess we were doing so much that both him and I passed out for 2 hours.

With a long bath that turned our toes and finger to prunes off to bed my birthday boy went. And for being such a good mommy today hubby bought me a red rose. Well I'm not sure it was cause I was a good mommy or not, but eh.

Oh and I got some pictures back from my photographer friend! Yay!!
