In This Season

I am thankful for this busy & productive season in my life. It has made me stretch, grow & became better at all that I do. I now spend less time waisting the day away. I find the time to get my work done, be a mom, wife & friend. It doesn't always turn out how it sounds and there are so many imperfect moments mixed into it. I've even started going to the gym twice a week so that I can be in better health.

 I am finding it a little difficult to see how much our lives have changed since I started going after my dreams. I remember going to the park, cafe's, exploring the city, casually shopping with my mom and son. We no longer have the time to do these things as much as we used to & we are now missing the simple pleasures in those activities done together. Working towards God's calling is a lot of work, but all done through grace and not striving. I choose to count this a very beautiful season, just a different one.
