Don't you just see it and can't you just smell it? I have Big plans for my tiny yard and not an inch of it will be wasted! My backyard will be filled with laughter and seeping with inspiration. There will be photo-shoots and tea parties galore. Now if only I had a magic wand to get all the work done.
Since my want went MIA we decided that today was a good day to go outside as a family and get to work. I had the hardest job of them all... to keep an eye on Augustin as he ran around the yard with his best friend the Bucket. Together there was no hill they could not conquer.

We have a lot of work to do in order to have a decent garden this Spring, but that's my goal and I shall make the time. I mean I have already bought the seeds and everything! Something that I do not get is why our whole yard is lined with tarp. Its everywhere! Our yard is actually really messed up, it has issues. There is tarp everywhere, mole wholes all over & the grass is just weeds. I'm getting the feeling that the previous owner never set foot in their backyard.

I've been on a food kick today and so has Augustin. We are like eating machines. For my hubby and my mom I made my favorite. Mini penne pasta with shrimp in alfredo topped with chives. For Augustin he got a mashed potato thing. It was potatoes, chives, carrots & cauliflower all blend together. We all loved out meals today.

I'm so glad that I got the chicks early for the Easter Promo because it gives me a chance to get to know them, have them grow up, take some pictures of them and just enjoy as Augustin loves on them. They are now in every picture that I take practically. I'm getting really excited for the shoots this Sunday because it's just going to be great!

And of course after all the gardening and playing with the chicks Augustin got a bath. I've never really took pictures of him while he was bathing, but that was because I had to hold him. Now I'm really loving that smile of his while he sits in the water playing. Being a mommy freaking rocks!

As I come to an end of this post I'll leave you with one of my most favorite moments from yesterday.

Also... My dad is engaged and his wedding is in May! The shock of my life, but my new step-mom-to-be rocks. I like her already and I will have FIVE step-sisters, score!!

Your photos are a real work of art Annetta! I just love looking at them. Thanks for stopping by.
