Dinner & Props

Last night I made a faboulus dinner for my family and bought some Sparkling Cherry to go with. I ended up eating my dinner alone and sharing my sparkling.

But yesterday’s loose is today’s gain. I got to eat the left overs today, let’s just say I have nothing to complain about.
I made a beautiful Roasted Cod with Potatoes and Olives dinner. It was quick, easy and simple. I did end up spending $30 on 2 pounds of Cod, but it was worth every bite!

Every Thursday after my 7am meeting I take my son and mom to Snohomish for breakfast and a little shopping at my favorite store Rust & Ruffles. Sometimes I spend $5 and other times I spend $100. Today was the latter.

I ended up purchasing some of the things that I was eyeing last week.

Who doesn't need a kids rocking chair for their front porch? It serves 3 purposes.

1. Entertains my son and gives him a shades reading spot outdoors
2. It's the perfect furniture for my porch
3. What a cute prop!

I think it's a win/win for everyone!

The best part about today is by far the sun that is shinning inside as much as it's shinning outside!
