Why God Made Friends

    God made the world with a heart full of love,

Then He looked down from Heaven above,
And saw that we all need a helping hand,

He made special people to see us through

I am currently munching on the best homemade garlic bread and reflecting back on my fun day. Turns out I don't need much to keep me happy, but another toddler for my Toddler, a comfy touch and a momma friend who is in love with life, oh and some yummy food too (thanks Maia!). 

There were lots of laughs, pictures, bribing our children to eat and tons of playtime. We even managed to make a trip to Starbucks. I got to enjoy my first pumpkin spice latte of the season (totally remember why I loved them so much) and we totally laughed our heads off whenever my stroller would hit a bump because some of my latte would splash onto my sons hair. It didn't phase him as he just boasted about his new haircut not knowing why we really were laughing.

All in all I'm thankful for friendships and momma's with kids. Plus parks, sunny days, capturing memories and the list can go on and on.

But this is really how my morning started off!

Kinda glad about it or I'd have to pass up the pumpkin spice!
