A New Challenge To Overcome
We've been facing a brand new challenge and that is allergies. We are not 100% sure that that's what it is, but all the signs are leading to it.
On Sunday my husband took our son for a short bike ride. They had a great time, but when they came back Tin was rubbing his eyes and telling me they were itchy. Within a few hours his eyes were red from rubbing, which I couldn't get him to stop and they were puffy. He looked like he hadn't slept for 2 days. He went to bed that night uncomfortable, but managed to fall asleep. Yesterday was better, but concerned enough to decide an appointment would need to be scheduled. Today I made the appointment and after our bike ride with our friends his eyes are again itchy, red and swollen. He's still the happiest little boy, but I now how uncomfortable it is when you eyes bother you.
It's been all so sudden that I'm looking forward to our doctor appointment tomorrow for some guidance on natural relief. Aside from that, we've been enjoying the gorgeous weather we've been blessed with this week! So many plans are in the works for this summer. We'll be going down to California next month, shortly after my in-laws will come from Slovakia for a month. As they arrive my mother goes to Alaska and we are taking an RV to the Grand Canyon. After my in-laws leave I have a birthday trip for my good friend and my husband has a major conference. In September I'll be flying to Missouri to photography a wedding, Tin will be starting pre-school and then at the end of the month I go to a blogging conference for 5 days. To me, that's one busy summer! Oh, plus add all the trips to the country we'll be making!
Hello summer, we are ready for you!!
Someone is ruining my vintage books... wonder who it could be?
My brother found these three in the yard and was kind enough to bring them to Tin so that he could see them.
PS. Sorry for the yucky pictures, there is something going on with my camera's as they were not shooting like they were yesterday.
