It worked! I'm not 100% I'm sure feeling way better then I have in a week.
It was hard, but I was able to take care of Augustin without much help from my mom. I couldn't get any help from my mom even if I wanted to because Augustin wanted nothing to do with her and tagged along wherever I went.
It included short little games that we usually play, but like I said, very short. We played blocks. That was the only game I could play for a while. Then we practice jumping and Augustin favorite, played the, "Um, um, um!" game. It's where I get on all fours and chase him around the house pretending to eat him while tickling him without mercy.
To my utter surprise it was warm today. The sunshine kept hiding behind the clouds, but it was all good with me. I'll take warmth and no sunshine any day over cold and rainy. I do wonder, like the rest of Seattle, when summer will come. I'm really working on not complaining about it and enjoying whatever we get. It's been a full-time job!
One of my most favorite days is coming up. Its Father's Day! I just love it because having a husband who is an incredible father is priceless. Plus I just love a good excuse to do something all out. I've already got my plans together for a wonderful Father's Day morning planned. I can't wait to put everything in motion.
Oh, a few weeks ago hubby ordered Babers a trailer to go behind our bikes. I've been waiting for summer to come for so long so that we can take our little family bike riding. The trailer hasn't arrived in the mail yet, but his hamlet did! Isn't it so cute?
I am so proud of myself. I managed to get my butt out of the house and go to the local Farmer's Market. I've never really gone, but since I've been running into information about toxin's in our foods and products I thought it was the best place for local organic food. That place is wonderful! Garlic, flowers, strawberries and so much more!
I like to eat garlic like candy and when it fresh! One of my favorite snacks is fresh garlic clove, sunflower oil with salt and I dip that with bread. Yummers!! Today's dinner didn't have garlic in it, but it did have many of the veggies I bought from the market.
For something random, I sometimes wish that I can be a sold out blogger. It would be amazing if my income came from blogging! I would be able to truly enjoy my son without editing (which is my goal in photography, to have someone else do that part), to capture the fun we have as a family and I get to do it through photography.
I think I’ll leave that option for when I have my second or third child.
My son throws tantrums because I give him the wrong glass to drink his juice out of. It need to be a champaign glass. I wonder where he gets that from? (me)
